We’re proud to celebrate Richard Frank as the Norman TIPS Club Member of the Month! Richard has been a cornerstone of the club since 1985, making him the longest active member. As the owner and operator of Frank’s Landscaping since 1983, Richard has built a thriving business specializing in General Landscape Contracting, Landscape Lighting, Sprinkler Systems, and maintaining a Tree Nursery with trees up to 30 feet tall. His dedication to quality and community is unmatched. You can also find Richard every Saturday at his booth at the Norman Farmers Market, where he continues to connect with and serve the local community.
